Our Custom PVC Patches Make You Look Great!
A custom PVC Patch made out of Polyvinyl chloride can be in any shape and size, resulting in a highly-detailed, high-quality final product that is also flexible. The mix we use is especially formulated so it is soft and bendable yet strong & durable to almost ANY USE AND ABUSE.
PVC patches are flexible, waterproof, and lightweight.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW BEFORE ORDERING PVC PATCHES?
As PVC is a waterproof and weather resistant material, your PVC custom patches will last longer, no fraying involved.
We manufacture soft rubber patches that have rich colors and are durable for years in any weather, are waterproof, and are resistant to cold weather. A fire resistant patch is the perfect choice for applications that require a weather-proof surface.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR PVC PATCHES?
You can sew your patches onto your clothes easily with a sewing machine or by hand, thanks to the “Sewing Channel”
However, In the case you need to remove your patches frequently, the Hook and Loop backing might be the best solution for you. Velcro Patches are ideal for Tactical Gear, Vests, Jackets and Backpacks.
YOUR BACKING OPTIONS
If you are a manufacturer and you need to have some custom PVC patches with logos for hats, jackets, backpacks and bags, think about PVC.
These kind of patches are popular for tactical uniforms of any kind: they can be sewn-on for a permanent solution or attached-detached to your gear when you choose hook-and-loop Velcro™ backing. They are also used by Police & Fire Departments.
They are manufactured by pouring colored soft rubber into aluminum molds. There is a base color and each new layer is placed on top of it, creating a unique, cohesive soft item. Each custom design will have its own physical metal mold, if you want the same design but smaller, you will need a NEW mold for it.
The nature of custom manufacturing means we can make any quantity of your product. However, since there are associated time and costs with making a design, a mold and sample, this means the recommended minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
We can and do manufacture less than 100 patches, usually 50 and occasionally an individual piece, the price per patch will be much higher for 50 than for 100.
Your mold will be made to your design, shape, with one or many layers, layer styles (2d vs 3d), complex designs and a any number of colors and backing (none, Velcro or Adhesive), your project will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll need your artwork/design/sketch and a detailed description of your project for accurate quoting.
Our ordering process includes making and Art Proof and a Sample for every custom order. We can make an Art Proof free of charge for simple designs and/or if an Art Ready file has been sent (Vector file, usually .ai, .eps.). If your design is complex an Art Fee will Apply.
Once you have approved your Art Proof, we will make a Pre-Production Sample, and send you an image of it via email. If you want us to send you the sample for your review, a sample fee and 2 weeks of processing time will apply.
Every project is different but in general, the Initial Price and Art Approval takes about 1 week, 1 week for Sampling, and 3-4 weeks for Production. From beginning to end, it takes about 5-6 weeks.
